is it bad that my veins sometimes show on the side of my forehead.?

Accepted Answer

No: Visible veins on the side of the head is not bad. When blood does not drain from the head as fast as it is arriving, veins can become engorged and appear enlarged. As long as they are not painful, tender or bleeding there is little to worry about.

Increased pressure: The short answer is that laughing is like a valsalva maneuver, where you hold your breath and push. The pressure around your heart and lungs goes up pushing blood away from that area - out into your legs, arms and head. Yor veins are the place this is most notable.

all day everyday when i touch my head i can feel my veins throbbing stongly! is this bad?

No: You are most likely feeling the two arteries that run up each side of your head near the temples - the superficial temporal arteries.  It is quite easy to feel your pulse in these two arteries.

the veins on the right side of my head hurt and now also my veins on the arm on the same side. could i have a stroke or something? please help

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, it is highly unlikely that you have a stroke. If the symptoms do not abate in a couple of weeks you may wish to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i had a bad cough for 3 months and ever sense it ended i've had a strong pulsating sensation in my head what could it be? like my veins are pulsing!

Pulsatile tinnitus: A number of health problems can cause the tinnitus. In many cases, an exact cause is never found. Rec.: see your PCP or ENT for further investigation.

i am not very concerned, but my veins in my left forehead and face/temples have become more visible.
i am not sure if they have been there the whole time, but i noticed them recently.
is it anything to worry about (m,14)?

: Probably nothing is wrong. Puberty and sexual maturity can make veins more prominent, especially in males.

Headaches too?: Throbbing of cranial vessels is likely associated with constriction of blood flow to or from the head. This may be from high blood pressure associated with base of the skull tension, neck muscle spasms, jaw or jaw-joint pain/tension. First place to start is with blood pressure readings 6-10 times during the day. Consult a neurologist or osteopathic physician  if the blood pressure is normal.

Related to artery: This symptom actually happens to all of us at some time.  It most likely is related to the arterial pulsation.  The arteries which pulsate lie next to the corresponding veins.  With changes in pulse rate, blood pressure and hydration the veins may dilate and reflect the arterial pulse of which we then become aware.

i am 43 kg and nearly 160 cm. i  feel my heart beating on my throat and sometimes i feel my veins somewhere in my body (head throatarm etc)?

Fast heartbeat?: When you feel your heartbeat I. Your throat check your pulse. You can feel it on your wrist below your thumb. Count how many times it beats in 30 seconds and multiply by 2. If it is beating berry fast ... Say 120 beats per minute at rest or more you should get if checked out.  If you feel it fast during except size that may be normal.
