Lubrication : Lubrication can fluctuate with the amount of hormones that a woman is producing.  The amount of hormones can fluctuate depending on multiple factors including stress, weight changes, and other issues.  As long as you are eating healthy and drinking plenty of fluids this will most likely go back to normal.  But in the meantime please do use a lubricant so that you aren't having pain.

Dryness normal: There are fluctuations in hormone levels after a pregnancy ends which may produce vaginal dryness.  Stresses surrounding the miscarriage may also contribute.  
Many authorities suggest waiting for a few months before trying to get pregnant, or at least until normal periods resume.

EXAM: I am not sure how your vagina came in contact with Lysol; however, this can cause a chemical burn to the area. Were you trying to "clean yourself out" or prevent a pregnancy. A chemical burn of the vagina requires an examination. You can try using 10% hydrocortisone cream to the affected area until seen; however: you must be seen- call for an appointment NOW!

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with a fungal infection. You can try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole. Apply it to the affected areas twice a day. You should also use a vaginal cream like Monistat or gyne-lotrimin. This should be inserted into the vagina nightly for 3 or 7 nights.
If you do not notice an improvement then you should see a medical profesional for evaluation and treatment.
