Likely some thing: else. Ten days after ovulation is too soon to have pregnancy symptoms. If you miss your period by 4-5 days then do a home pregnancy test, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.

Hormones: The change in cervical mucus is related to the normal hormonal (progesterone) changes of the menstrual cycle.   Heartburn and desire to take naps are totally unrelated, but enjoy the naps.

diagnosed with pid 2 days ago. tho ive had no symptoms except period pain and now ovulation pain,but period pain i had since they started. 
doc gave me 500mg azithromycin x2 daily for 3 days.
will it clear my pid and ill get fine? stomach upset lot?

PID treatment: Azithromycin alone is atypical treatment for PID; usually other antibiotics are used, with or without azithromycin. Azithro indeed can cause stomach upset -- reduced by taking the drug with food. You should have been tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia. If you're getting better, azithro alone may be OK, but check back with doctor (or get second opinion) if not improving after 2-3 days. Good luck.

i only get a white discharge during my ovulation period. is this normal? should i be worried?

No: The Progesterone made by your ovary once you ovulate will make your cervical mucous thicker and whiter. If your discharge is like this each month then no worries.
