HIV transmission: In short, the answer to your question is yes, it is possible for your to transmit HIV after your exposure.  But the probability of this depends on a few things:  1) are you infected with the virus  2) If you are, how high is the viral level in your blood  3) Do you use barrier contraception.  Using post exposure prophylaxis lowers the chances of transmission, but there are no guarantees

HIV unlikely: It is highly unlikely that you will get HIV from what you described. If you must, you may get a HIV nucleic acid test in 6 months.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
