iud removed 8/18 and i have been having signs of pregnancy, no period yet just lost of cramping? could i be pregnant? feeling sick all the time, headaches, cramping, boobies are feeling heavier, very tired?

Need pregnancy test: If you had sexual intercourse with a fertile man, there is a real possibility that you may be pregnant.  You may want to request a blood pregnancy test (Beta HCG level) and a pelvic sonogram ASAP in order to find out if you are  (and where / how the pregnancy may be).

Normal period?: Was your last period normal? You can't have pregnancy signs 3 days before ovulation because you can't be pregnant then; if your last period was not normal or certain then you could theoretically be pregnant (but won't be coming up on ovulation) - can't do both!

It can be: It is common to feel sick to your stomach in early pregnancy.  It usually would not start until you are at least 2 weeks late for your period.  If you also missed a period, you should take a pregnancy test.

If you are having bleeding, fever, vaginal discharge, or severe cramping, call your healthcare provider or go to the nearest hospital. If it is mild nausea, sciatica, mild back pain or other mild symptoms, this might just be symptoms from your pregnancy.

Depends: If you are past more than 4-5 days from the expected date of the period, did the test correctly, you are unlikely to be pregnant. However, to settle the issue you should get a blood test for HCG level.
If you  did not have sex since your last period, you need not worry about being pregnant.

Always possible with: unprotected sex.
do home pregnancy test and repeat in 1 week.
if positive, see your doctor or aprn.
if negative and you feel poorly, also see your caregiver, but less urgent usually.
