You need an exam: A certain amount of vaginal discharge may be normal.  The only way to determine the cause is with an examination.  More than likely the flatulence and discharge are not related.

i got a light period, late,after plan-b.now the second period is late by 2 days and i have very little brown discharge and vaginal farts.is it normal?

Maybe normal: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. Be sure to put a reliable "Plan A" into action, so that Plan B won't be needed in the future.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Gastritis: It may gastric inflammation causing increased gas or just indigestion. I would stay away from fatty foods and fries and tri a ppi such as Prilosec otc and see if this gives you releif.

GI?: A variety of GIcomplaints, such as belching, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, or flatulence, are commonly attributed by the patient to "excess gas,"  When excessive intestinal gas does occur, it may be due to excessive air swallowing, increased intraluminal production from malabsorbed nutrients, decreased gas absorption etc Assess diet and see if you can modify it
