Or if the activity is exceptionally rough, and without proper lubrication and foreplay, there could be some tearing of the anal mucosa. Otherwise, bleeding could be an indication of internal or external hemorroids. If bleeding continues, consult with an appropriate dr.

Examine for damage: Anuses are not designed for in-and-out sex. Just like in any big city, some streets are one-way and some streets are two-way. A vagina is created or evolved to be a two-way street (penis in, baby out). However, the gastrointestinal tract is designed to be one-way, with an opening on each end. Food goes in the mouth, and the brown stuff goes out the butt. (An exception is when one vomits.)

Rectal bleeding: I think it is a coincidence that it goes away with sex.  Any persistent bleeding like this needs to be evaluated.  There are a number of reasons this could be occurring among them are trauma, hemorrhoids, warts, some other type of mass.  Even though you are only 19 and it would be very unusual with persistent bleeding you even need to consider cancer as a cause.

Anal sex: This is one way in which STDs and some organisms causing enteritis can be transmitted. There may also have been traumatic damage to the lining of the rectum. Suggest you go and get examined by a GI doctor or a colorectal surgeon. This should clear things up for you quickly. Best of luck.

No: This suggests mucosal damage. This can substantially increase your risk of HIV / other std if not using condoms. Should give it a few days rest, then resume w/good lube & condoms (always). If constipated, you may be contributing to problem--consider stool softener (miralax (polyethylene glycol) / fiber gummies / prunes -- whatever you can take reliably). Steroid hemorrohid cream might help also.

Anal sex: If you are experiencing spots of blood, that is probably fine as long as you are not incontinent.   There is no substitute for a physical exam , though.
