No: While nasal polyps are sign of inflammation often associated with environmental allergies, without proper medical or surgical treatment, they will not resolve spontaneously. See an ENT doctor for a proper evaluation.

can colon polyps or caner cause bladder irritation or uti  i am waiting for a colonoscopy and now getting bladder irritation and frequency of urine. ?

Not with polyps: Bladder irritation and colonic fistula ( connection to bladder and colon ) usually not due to polyps  but  due to diverticulitis which is a benign disease . Don't worry wait until tests are complete ..

Dermatitis: Contact dermatitis, such as you would get from using pads that are irritating to your skin could cause this.  So could a yeast infection of your labia.  You can try to put some over the counter Hydrocortisone cream or some anti-fungal cream such as Monistat on the area and see if either of the 2 helps.  Hope that helps!

Get it checked : Yes, it can be from shaving. But painful raw area(ulcer) could be herpes. Get it checked

Weigh the risks: With any surgery there are risks and benefits of performing the surgery.  With reconstructing the vaginal area your daughter could have infection, scarring, loss of sensation, etc.  Visit with a Gynecologist and Plastic Surgeon to determine if surgery is the way to go.  Many procedures performed by Plastic Surgery are not covered, check with your insurance first.

See a doctor: Cannot even begin to guess at what you have without actually seeing the lesions and getting a full history of sexual contacts, etc.  You should have this taken care of by a professional.  Good luck and better soon.

NO, NO, NO: Neosporin [bacitracin, triple antibiotic] are useless. They are common sensitizers and the fastest way to become allergic is to use one of these on a wound. Neosporin was "honored" a few years ago as allergen of the year. They do not prevent or treat any infection. If you want to sooth this you can try vaseline or Aquaphor.
