Hard to say: You provide no detail on why you bled @ 5.An injury in childhood could tear the hymen. If so it may or may not have torn it enough it would not bleed with 1st sex. Your doc could examine and see. It should not matter, some girls are born without a hymen. Its presence does not prove virginity, just lack of vaginal sex.

3.5 year old girl complaining about itchy vagina. she says it doesn't hurt or sting to pee and has no other symptoms. take her to see a doc?

Itch groin: Try putting her in the tub with warm water, no soap or bubbles and let her soak for about 15 minutes.  Do this twice a day and it should stop her symptoms.

Sitz Bath, wiping: Several things will help, avoid bubble baths and scented soaps that can be irritating.  Encourage your daughter to wipe front to back after using bathroom.  Have her wear all cotton pantiesto  give better ventilation.  Also sitz bath with 1 cup of vinegar in lukewarm bath water up to  waist can provide relief.

Yes, but...: It is not uncommon to have soreness in your pelvic region following delivery.  It can be particularly uncomfortable for women who had any repairs of lacerations in the vaginal area.  However, pain and irritation should be improving.  If pain is severe, not improving then you should certainly see or call your doctor.

Vaginal bumps: Bumps between your vagina and anus could be many things ranging from hemorrhoids to viruses such as hpv you should have a physical exam performed by your physician.

Contact allergies: Yes is the short answer. Some of the new lubricants have fragrances or other chemicals in them and can be irritating. A true contact dermatitis takes awhile to evolve, but an irritant response can occur right away.  Bathing and avoiding chemicals including direct contact with soap can be helpful. If you are both affected or the irritation does not clear quickly, see a doctor.
