Gastroenteritis.: This sounds like gastroenteritis, which generally is either food-borne or viral in origin.  If your symptoms are improving, then it might be OK to wait on it and see if you continue to improve.  That being said, if your symptoms persist beyond five days in total, you should see a doctor.  Gastroenteritis generally lasts 3-5 days.

Intolerance: I would regard this as more of a food intolerance rather than the presence of any gi pathology. Simply avoid those foods that trigger your symptoms. If you still have concerns see your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

i had a colonoscopy a month and 17 days ago and since then most of the time after eating i feel like vomiting and sometimes after eating i will start gagging off and on during the day that it happens on. i had stuff taken out that was precancerous.

Colonoscopy: It would be difficult to attribute your gastric symptoms to that colonoscopy. I recommend notifying your gastroenterologist of these ongoing complaints and undergo an evaluation. Appropriate testing will be done.
