Possibly: You did not list the medications. Hopefully your prescribing doctor has the complete list and he will be able to tell you if there is some negative interaction.

No true cure: Once hemorrhoids are there, they never go away (unless you have surgery, which i don't recommend).  The trick is to keep them from becoming inflamed.  Don't get constipated.  Eat lots of fruits and veggies.  Whole grains are also good - fiber is the key. Drink lots of water.  Exercise is also good for keeping things moving. If they're flared up, suppositories with Hydrocortisone can be helpful.

Find the cause first: Internal heat I assume means you feel warm. There can be many causes: fever from infection - take you temperature; hyperthyroidism, hypertension; endocrine problems;  anxiety etc. See your doctor for evaluation.

Probably none: Wash vegetables and fruits better in future. Most bugs will just add a little protein to your meal.

For others, relaxation exercises such as yoga and tai chi are helpful. If you are finding that you have anxiety that you can't shake, you should share that with your doctor to see if they have some other ways to help you.

Fungal ..: In inner butt check is naturally more moisture  and it can attracts yeast or other bacteria. keep area clean and dry as much as possible. Wipe gently. Apply " Baby diaper rash cream as Destine" , use cotton underwear. If no better see Doc for possibly  anti-fungal treatment .Other if blister like could be herpes. If bump draining pus ( folliculitis - infected hair follicle) you need to be seen .
