if you are punched multiple times in the lower stomach right at bikini line can you have an internal bruise? it hurts but i cant see a bruise

Yes.: You could easily have an internal bruise or even trauma to the internal organs. If your symptoms do not resolve within a reasonable amount of time (48-72 hours) or you develop new symptoms, you should definitely go to see a health care provider for an evaluation.

Hard to say: It is difficult to say without being able to see  you in person.  A musculoskeletal etiology could certainly be the cause as could any organs in the stomach.  In certain cases, a hernia can present with the pain you describe.

Why?: Did you hit yourself? If any more appear, check with your doctor for blood tests. Medications like coumadin, (warfarin) plavix, and Prednisone make you more likely to have bruising.

Difficult to tell: you should be examined by a physician, as it could be nothing to worry about but it could represent a skin disorder, or clotting disorder.

Other symptoms?: If you have other symptoms such as poor appetite, vomiting that is green or bloody, blood in your urine or stool or fever, you should be checked. If the soreness persists also be checked. If it resolves over 5-7 days it may have been a bad bruise or hematoma. All the best.

Hernia?: If you see a bulge - it could be a hernia which needs to be surgically repaired. It could also be a trauma/internal bruising causing bruise and inflammation - you will need to have it looked at by a doc.
