Is eyelid twitching?: Trembling of an eyelid, which happens in normal people, is called myokymia (an involuntary, spontaneous, quivering of a few muscle cell bundles within a muscle). Myokymia starts and stops spontaneously. In the eyelids, it can last a few minutes to a few days. One should see an ophthalmologist (md eye doctor) if such symptoms persist, keep recurring, or are combined with any other symptoms.

ive been experiencing my eyes pulsating, actually is my vision, i feel that every time my heart beats my vision gets a little affected by the pulsation. its like theres a pressure that disturbs my vision. what could it be?

: Studies have found that a routine eye exam can detect risk factors for heart disease long before any other health professionals had noted the condition.This is especially true for diabetics, hypertensive,those with high cholesterol etc. Simple headaches,sinus congestion can cause pressure behind the eyes  which are easy to deal with. However,there are more serious conditions, please see a doctor.

May be unrelated: Feeling pulsations may be unrelated to high blood pressure. A primary care doctor should evaluate, and see if tests or referrals to specialists are needed. Sometimes pulsations are normal. Sometimes they are felt the the heart has stronger pumping, such as during or after exercise, or during a fever. Other times, one's blood vessels may relax and allow larger blood flow, leading to the sensations.

: With symptoms described, get a referral to a neurologist for an exam and further testing. "Moving" will transiently increase blood flow, and headaches may occur.

See a doctor: You may be suffering from a type of tension headache or a more serious condition called temporal arteritis. You need to see a doctor asap for more workup including labs. If it is termporal arteritis, seriousl complications can occur so you don't want to put it off.

Could be: carotid or another major vessel or aneurysm.  Only way to know for sure is by careful physical exam and sometimes imaging such as ultrasound, CT, or MR.  Show it to your doctor to be sure.

Pulsatile tinnitus : What you are describing sounds like pulsatile tinnitus - pulsating buzzing or ringing in the ear. Although most causes can be detected on ct and mri, some conditions can go undetected.Dural vascular malformations are often elusive on both ct and MRI requiring conventional angiography to make this diagnosis.  Benign intracranial hypertension also often has no abnormal findings on ct or mri.

i am healthy, 35, exercise regularly and eat a fairly balanced diet. i keep experiencing intermittent pulsation of my upper abdomen (epigastric area) over the last 4 days, no pain and not pregnant. should this be a cause of worry?

: You can observe for a couple more days. If that pulsation persists and it becomes stronger with exertion, you should be examined.
