Fine: There isn’t a significant interaction between doxy and most caffeinated beverages. Some of the alternative medication/teas may interact but not the ones you mention.

can tea with rose hips, lemon balm, lemon verbena, and hibiscus flower affect birth control or hormones?

Broad question but..: I know of no known interactions between these herbs and oral contraceptives. As to whether these have any affect on hormones, that is a very broad question. I found one website that says lemon verbena can help regulate menstrual cycles and help with PMS, but it did not provide references so I don't know if research confirms this. Lemon balm is thought to help regulate thyroid hormone levels.

if i took yogi bedtime tea (which contains licorice root, chamomile flower, spearmint leaf, skullcap leaf, passion flower extract, rose hip, valerian root extract, and lavender flower) and one, 0.5mg tablet of lorazepam, is that safe/okay?

: Yes, those ingredients do not have interactions with Lorazepam. Avoid Alcohol, Citrus Bioflavenoids, Grapefruit and Melatonin while taking Lorazepam.

Herb tea: The above ingredients are common garden plants, not toxic.  Birth control should not be affected.

Should not be : drinking tea and taking acetaminophen together should not be a problem. The problem occurs if you take too much acetaminophen. Usually we suggest these days around 3000 mg tops.

None known: I do not know of any interactions between turmeric and prozac (fluoxetine). However, no known interactions does not mean that none are possible.

Lack of data: Herbals often lack studies looking for drug-drug interactions.  Mother's milk tea has a mix of herbs with a reported area of benefits (and problems).  Fortunately, Cephalexin has few drug-drug interactions, making one here unlikely.  The main risk of cephalosporins is diarrhea and yeast infections, so watch for that rather than drug-drug interactions with your herbal tea.
