is there a difference in the brands of formula for babies (similac, parents choice) my baby has acid reflux and throws up on pc formula not any other?

Minor difference: Most milk-based infant formulas are essentially the same, although different companies will sometimes make very minor changes such as a different amount of calcium.  There are some formulas which are designed to be easier to digest, and some babies with acid reflux have less spitting with these formulas. Powder vs ready-to-feed can make a difference, too.

See a doctor.: If the condition still persists, see a primary care dorctor or er.  The worst headache of your life needs evaluation.  Many possibilities to what it could be.  Cellulitis (infection of the skin and tissues underneath.  Possibly allergies, orbital inflamatory psuedotumor, ect.

what is the best way to clean an infant (1~12 month)?  what i do now is take off her  clothes first, then dip into a baby tub filled with warm water.

Bath time can be fun: You can put her in a partially reclining baby tub or other baby bath device (some even come with safety belts!), and using a baby or sensitive skin cleanser and a washcloth, bathe her all over, then rinse all over.  Babies do fine with only a few baths each week. Make bath time fun by talking or singing to her entertaining her with bath toys.

Screen infant: A screening test particularly to verify that your family is also infected is indicated. Symptoms may range from mild to severe, and please watch for difficulty breathing, cough, fever and shortness of breath. If these occur, a chest radiograph and close follow up is indicated. Monitor your temperature, drink fluids and rest.

Humidifier: Ideally a warm humidifer is better, but because of the risk of spilling a cool humidifier is recommended.

Warmers and  blanket: It is more difficult to maintain the temperature of premature infants, but baby warmers and blankets are very effective.

my baby is two days old and he seems to be shivering and random times. i know that babies don't shiver to keep warm, should i be concerned?

Swaddling may help: A very young baby can loses heat easily and shiver. Newborns also have normal shivering reflexes especially when they are placed for diaper change .
All thing being equal if baby feeds well is alert try swaddling for a bit

Hard to say: Possibilities range from a bug bite reaction to an infection in her foot/ankle .Without an exam, its just to hard to say.Pick up the phone and call her doc, you can discuss all the things you see and decide how soon and where to be seen.

i noticed sudden rash on my sides spreading up my upper arms. no changes detergent. was carrying infant b4 noticed. rash is painful and itchy and warm?

See derm: This could be many things so see dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
