You need to see a MD immediately and get treated if that is the case before a blood borne infection (septicemia) occurs which can be life threatening. Your MD can also evaluate you for serious kidney  function diseases as well.

Common causes of nighttime urination (nocturia) include: uncontrolled diabetes, urinary infection, drinking fluids right up until sleep, incomplete emptying of the bladder, high sodium diet, mild/mod/severe kidney insufficiency, mild/mod/severe heart failure, and much heavily advertised less common  overactive bladder.
