Friction cz's sores: The most likely reason for your problem is a combination of your sweating which reduces the natural lubrication of the skin and thus increases the risk of damage as well as the friction from your thighs rubbing.  You need to consider wearing undergarments that completely cover these areas like boxer briefs, apply powder to the areas to absorb moisture/reduce the friction, and skin cream after work.

If not, likely fungal infection of skin; keeping the area dry and clean will help to rid this issue.  If it is not improved with using Miconazole nitrate 2% powder (available over the counter), you should see dermatologist or urologist.

The discolorations suggests a chronic condition. 100% cotton linen clothing may afford some relief. Weight loss is advised. Topical medications are available.
