Hydrogen Peroxide: I use hydrogen peroxide only rarely and recommend to my patients to avoid it altogether. Simple lacerations (bleeding stops with pressure after a few minutes) need only clean water and soap as first aid. Of course a head injury must be checked out by a clinician if possible, but as far as hydrogen peroxide, it is toxic to cells and induces cell death. Its best to avoid it.

DRY SHAMPOO: DRY SHAMPOO DOES NOT CAUSE ANY DETRIMENTAL PROBLEMS.
IT CAN, ON OCCASION, CAUSE DANDRUFF, SMALL PIMPLES ON THE SCALP, AND TANGLING.
YOU CAN USE IT AS OFTEN AS YOU WANT.

No: No need to change your routine.  Shampoo is not absorbed into the body, and thus has no impact to a developing fetus.

Below: I assume you used shampoo for lice. 
Also assume that you are adult and not child.

4 hours is not recommended, and I would not suggest repeating this

Nizoral (ketoconazole): Try nizoral (ketoconazole) AD shampoo. It is a bit more expensive than other brands but works for many patients when others have failed.
