Fresh air.: Don't worry, you probably didn't do any permanent damage.  We've all smelled too much bleach or cleaning solutions at some point in our lives.  The best thing to do is make sure the air you're breathing currently is without irritants like tobacco smoke or other vapors, and that you're sleeping in a well ventilated room.  If you've developed a cough that's persisting past 1-2 wks, get checked out.

Okay to keep feeding: Make sure you get some fresh air and are in a well ventilated area, but smelling the fumes of bleach for a short period of time won't do anything to your breastmilk.

Rinse nose out: You may wish to try rinsing your nose out with water. The sensation will disappear on its own, but rinsing out the nose may hasten the process.

Short term: Depends upon the chemicals but most fumes from diluted cleaning agents, can be irritating but not harmful.  You might be a little oversensitive to one of them or perhaps some underlying asthma.  Check with a pulmonary doctor if the symptoms persist.

Yes: Yes, sneezing as a protective reflex. Bleach is very irritating and when your nose gets angry one of the only ways it has to protect itself is by sneezing. Depending on how much bleach fumes you inhaled your nose may have gotten really unhappy and therefore you will sneeze a lot. Your nose should recover within a while.

Yes: It is not safe to be putting yourself in a situation where you are inhaling bleach fumes.  Bleach can cause a condition called "chemical pneumonitis" which basically is inflammation of your lungs.  

It is possible for bleach to cause permanent lung damage but if you have no symptoms when you are not working this is unlikely.

Inhaled chloring gas: Chlorine gas is a potent oxydizer when it contacts moist surfaces in your throat, nose and lungs.  Get to fresh air as soon as possible.  When possible rinse the areas with water to dilute the chlorine.  Always use bleach in well ventilated areas.

Yes: Inhaling a toxin like bleach can cause a chemical burn in the respiratory tract. Time should heal it ok. Just avoid any further toxins and it should heal.
