You name it: Do you mean on the surface or inside?   Surface:  infection, allergy, trauma, arthropod bites, abrasions, contact lense overwear .   Inside:  infection, immunologic dysfunction, trauma, hereditary issues, tumors.   If something is going on in or on your eyes, see your ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment.

can watching movies late night can increase the existing case of inflamation (uveitis) in eyes? i feel faded vision in the morning in such cases.

No: Using your eyes  will not exacerbate the uveitis.

Dry eye syndrome?: This is difficult without examination. Possibly dry eye syndrome? Try washjng your eyelids twice daily with baby shampoo for 10 days. A gentle circular motion over your eyelids may help. This can help stimulate secretion of meibomian glands.

See ENT: See ENT and check for inner ear issues. A neurology consult may also be considered given your headaches as well as dizziness.    High-dose aspirin can cause dizziness. Why would you think that this is an autoimmune disease?

i got bleach in my eyes a month ago.  they have been dry since.   i had inflammation with white bumps and a schrimer test of 5 mm. is this permanent?

See ophthalmologist: A schrimer test of 5mm means that your cornea is drying out significantly as the normal should be around 15mm. Mild chemical injuries to the eye are usually transient and as tissue heals, the lubricating ability of the eye should slowly be restored. However the only way to be certain is to see an Ophthalmologist who would examine your eyes thoroughly to ensure no permanent damage has been caused.

Eye patches: The best way to treat corneal injuries ,cuts, stratches, burns etc is to patch the eye to give it rest.  But that's not so practical for your case, is it?  You can try patching one eye then the other.  Also ice compresses and liberal use of artificial tear drops, make sure the eyes are moiterized and do not dry out, do not use contact lenses until the inflammation gets better.

Get seen asap : The profile further indicates took antibiotics (unspecified) which were expired and that antibiotics are even hard to find. This is an unfortunate situation and if not addressed asap, could lead to dire consequences. Need intravenous and the right type of antibiotics. Your doctor, surgeon, dentist, oral surgeon, ent, etc. May be able to help. Try local un office or red cross. Urgent.

Sinus: A bad sinus infection may spread to the eye...This is called preseptal or orbital cellulitis....It would be unusual to cause crossed eyes unless it penetrates into the brain as an abscess...This is quite rare...
