Small possibility: Congratulations for exercising and eating right! that will help with all kinds of health issues. 

According to the american society for reproductive medicine, approximately 6% of infertility is caused by being overweight (and 6% is caused by being underweight. The other 88% has other causes (or multiple ones). 

So, certainly keep doing what you are doing, but there may be other factors at work.

Absolutely: Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud's are a safe birth control.  The Progesterone in the iud can have some minor side-effects including mild weight gain in some women as the Progesterone is a derivative from androgens, however, it is a very low dose and the majority of women have no untoward side-effects.  Iuds particularly in monogamous relationships are not associated with infertility.

Infertile: Vigorous exercise will not make you infertile but it can cause amenorrhea, i.e. A delay in having a period.

Not likely: This combination of food is unliklely to result in inferlity ; good luck with the weight loss.

Oral contraceptives: Birth control pills are designed to stop ovarian function temporarily and hence there effects are reversible even after long term use including fertility though it may take a few cycles unless there are underlying issues at the time bcp were initiated regards weight gain they do have a high level of estrogen which can cause fluid retention despite myths there should not be a gain of more than few.
