Impossible to say: Because it depends on what you are talking about - intoxication with what and infection with what?  If you chug a pint of rum, you can die from alcohol poisoning if you are alcohol-naive. Literally within a half-hour or so, ditto with a heroin or Oxycontin od.  Meningitis can go from a mild cold to death within hours as well; other intoxications and infections are slower and more chronic.

Same thing can occur in wound botulism.

Not correct: Intubation during anesthesia is done to control and protect the patient during the operation. Some of the items you mentioned would go ahead a lead towards intubation, but not pregnancy and HIV status. This would depend on the surgery that was being performed.

Problems?: If you have a urine infection, you need to be on antibiotics.  If you are suddenly tending to get lots of infections, you need to be seen to be sure there's not something blocking flow of urine and causing the infections.  If you are just concerned about possible urine infection, drink plenty of cranberry juice and possibly take Mannitol from health food store. Good luck!

See doctor: Is this a surgical wound or a traumatic wound from an injury? See your surgeon if it is after surgery. See a family doctor or emergency room if it is an infected wound from injury, accident, or burn. Wash and keep the are clean if it is not too deep.

See below: Soak the nail in warm water with liquid dish washing detergent.  Trim back the piece of nail and cover with antiseptic and bandaid.
If continues see a doctor for possible antibiotics for the infection.

Recurrent chest infn: You may be getting recurrent chest infections because:
1.  You smoke (quit cigarette/marijuana)
2.  You have underlying lung ds (copd, asthma) ; are at higher risk
3.  You are immunocompromised (taking prednisone/other medication that supress your immune systm or acquired ds)
4.  High risk exposures for communicable diseases/ crowds.
5.  You have not received vaccines (influenza, pneumococcus).
