Here are some ...: Dry skin may result from personal inherent eczema-tic nature so watching if there is any identifiable offending allergen; if identified, modify. Skin rip may be caused by over physical abrasion on the already weakened skin so be careful. Infected hairs are just like facial pimples; see urologist or dermatologist to assess if topical Rx or minor procedures such as skillful cautery or laser use.

Sebum: That lesion may be a sebaceous cyst or gland obstructed. If it is asymptomatic I would not recommend any intervention. However it can cause infections and may require drainage or removal
