Focal Weakness: Focal weakness and pain in your arm cannot be related to heartburn.  It most likely is resulting from your neck and possibly the herniated disk, but I really would need more information to provide a more definitive answer.

Multiple: Many things are possible, but the heart attack will harm you the most.  See a doc, get thatruled out, then they will look for stomach ulcer, gerd, esosphagitis, herniated disc in neck, etc.

Chest pain: Of course, heart issues are the major concern. Less likely to be coronary artery disease which is the most feared in any case of chest pain given your young age. I believe you will need to see a doc, because more questions are to be asked and physical exam is a must.
