Not safely: If you don't want to be pregnant see a physician or a clinic such as planned parenthood for help. It's better to get a safe, legal pregnancy termination than risk your health trying to induce an abortion yourself. Don't be scared to talk to a parent or other trusted adult such as a school counselor either.

Abortion pill: Yes the abortion pill is safe and if you have concerns about breastfeeding just empty your breasts and store the frozen breast milk until the abortion is completed then resume breastfeeding.

Depo side effects: If you got Depo-Provera the day of your abortion, it is extremely effective in preventing pregnancy.  You can always take a test for reassurance but it sounds like you are having side effects from the Depo-Provera that will likely decrease over time.

Early preg bleeding: Most bleeding in the early part of a pregnancy is not due to miscarriage. If we are suspicious, we generally check the hCG levels more than once generally 48-72 hours apart. The rise should be about 65% or more. Once the levels get high enough your physician may consider an ultrasound exam.

Endolimax: Endolimax is an ameba that gets into the intestinal tract from contaminated food or water. Ideally one should eat and drink non contaminated food. It is known to cause chronic diarrhea. Speak to your doctor about treatment with flagyl.

Yes.: Vaginal infection should be treated as early as possible .  Most of the treatment are topical. Therefore it is not systemic and not harmful to the fetus. Needs to be diagnosed correctly and then treated. So please sep your OB's advise.

Not necessarily: Low back pain is common in early pregnancy and does not mean that miscarriage is coming.  If it persistes, see your doctor.

Small risk: I would take the advice of your endocrinologist, as he/she knows you best.  There's minimal risk with steroids in early pregnancy, i believe the biggest risk is cleft lip/palate which is easily corrected should it occur (risk is very low).  If there's a problem with your adrenal gland, that can affect your entire metabolism, potassium and sodium, very important and life threatening issues.

blurred vision in early morning only gets corrected.is this is normal in early pregnancy.i have undergone laser treatment for short sight bfr 2 yrs.

Pregnancy issue: visual acuity can transiently change in early pregnancy because of hydration effects on the cornea.  this is especially common in women who have undergone refractive surgery.  do not worry.
