Diet and Exercise: With a "mild" case of incontinence! I am guessing you leak with sneeze or cough.  This type of incontinence can be improved with pelvic floor exercises and weight loss.  The "odor" of the urine is related to the food and drink you eat.  Drink a lot of water to dilute the urine to improve the odor but the best thing is determining why you have the mild problem and trying to correct it.
