Bacterial vaginosis : This could be BV Bacterial Vaginitis and can be helped with an over the counter product called RepHresh or some other product that contains Lactobaccilus acidophilus but you might need an antibiotic called metronidazole

Possible infection: A vaginal discharge and labial swelling in a sexually active woman can be due to trauma, an allergic reaction, or, most commonly, an infection. This can be yeast or an STD. See your PCP or GYN for testing to be sure it is treated appropriately ASAP. Hope this helps. Be safe.

Yeast infection?: It could be a yeast infection, or vaginal fluids expressed during intercourse.  See your gyn for full evaluation.

It : It sounds like an infection, and the color may be due to blood from the vaginal tissue being irritated. It is possibly yeast or a bacterial infection. You should go to your doctor for an evaluation and treatment.

Sounds like yeast: Get Monistat or gynelotrimin (clotrimazole) over the counter and treat at least 3 days. Should get better.

?Retained tampon or: Vaginitis. Try giving yourself a douche and insert your finger as far as possible to see if there is anything there. See a gyn dr. If this fails to take care of this embarrassing problem.

: If "relatively on time" for the active component of Sprintec is within the same hour that the previous active pill was taken, you might ask your gyn provider about another type of oral bcp or switch to a straight progestin type.  If the "relatively on time" is a less punctual dose than previously recommended on occasion, breakthrough bleeding ("pink, tan discharge") can occur.
