Sure: Pms symptoms are poorly understood but seem tied to Progesterone levels which go up when you ovulate and down when you menstruate. Implantation will increase progesterone.

Infection: Cramping is not  a symptom if pregnancy it implantation. It is a symptom of infection.

May want to try this: Many of my patients that have pms have responded with two different products.
1) evening primrose oil one capsule per day
2) vit b 6 50 mg one per day.
You will see the difference generally in one to max of two cycles.

Implantation: Implantation is when the conceptus (from union of egg &amp; sperm) attach to the wall of the uterus.
Bleeding most often does not occur with implantation. If there is bleeding the amount is small. It may be small rust or brown colored drops or light pink swirled in white d/C. It usually occurs about ten days after ovulation.  There is more blood w period. Take a HPT if you miss your period.

No: Breats soreness is not related to implantation. There are no consistent symptoms of implantation at all.

Hard to know: Many times missing a single pill will not end the protection but it could. If you ovulated &amp; were exposed a conception may/not have occurred. A simple home pregnancy test is a relatively cheep way to get your answer. These can be falsely negative if done too early but are usually positive by 3 weeks after conception.

i,m a 21 yr old with a normal cycle. this month i didn't have any pms symptoms  and bled heavy (i even had blood clots) for 2 days then stopped. was this a shortened period or heavy implantation bleeding?

Heavy period?: Haven't heard of "heavy implantation bleeding". Possibly an internet phenomenon? If worried about pregnancy, always use reliable contraception properly, and do a home urine pregnancy test 1 week after missing a period or 1 week after starting a "weird" period.
