: Discuss with the clinic or doctor who ordered this unusual test. It does not say whether or not you have HIV:  for that you need an HIV antibody or antigen-antibody test, which you also can discuss with your doctor. Unless your wife had an especially high risk partner (e.g. and HIV infected gay man or injection drug user), the chance you have HIV is near zero. Good luck.

: Normal cbc does not rule out issues with the immune system. It is not normal to have chronic thrush and these other findings. Please speak with a doctor in person about what may be triggering this.

Sure, among others: Aphthous stomatitis involving the common canker sore can occur in up to 15% of americans, and may involve some bacteria like staph epidermidis. However, similar-appearing aphthous ulcers can be seen with herpes, crohn's disease, and other systemic disorders, if you have multiple aphthous ulcers or frequently recurring ones please have the lesions &amp; and your overall health, checked out.

Yes and no: If you mean vaccine failure,  yes. But it depends on the kind of immunodeficiency. For example, people with HIV respond normally to the vacccine; whereas people with impaired antibody production (such as certain kinds of leukemia) may respond poorly. A &quot;weak immune system&quot; (e.g. someone who gets frequent colds) has no effect. If outwardly healthy, you can be sure the vaccine will work normally.
