Check for LHget busy: Most common signs of pregnancy are breast tenderness, lack of a menses and mild nausea. If  you want to become pregnant, you need to maximize intercourse around ovulation. Check for ovulation with an lh predictor kit and plan to get busy for a couple days!

Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. Sounds like just an irregular period

Possible: Urinary frequency is a sign of pregnancy, but is also a sign of a UTI and overactive bladder from stimulants like caffeine,nicotine and anxiety.

Jan 4: Your LMP and due date don't coincide, so I assume your dates were changed by an ultrasound. That means conception occurred Jan 4. However, if the ultrasound was in the first trimester, it is accurate within 4-5 days. Therefore, the conception date could be 4-4 days before or after. If you are concerned about paternity, you will need to have the baby tested after birth.

No: No, seven days after even an exactly known ovulation is too early to detect pregnancy, implantation doesn't occur until 6-7 days post-ov."Telling early" is this year's blog craze: I'm afraid it's nonsense, although its fun to think about.

Dischsrge: Actually the discharge of pregnancy is typically a very thin white discharge. It is called leukorrhea... Which literally means white discharge. I usually don't see it until well into the first trimester.

Not really: It's very non-specific, it could mean pregnancy but could mean 20 other things too. Sorry.
