Spotting: Sounds like low Progesterone spotting before your period. Keep a menstrual diary and see if it gets normal next cycle.  If it persists, you may need a Progesterone boost. Other things cause spotting like polyps, fibroids and infections. And always consider pregnancy if it's a possibility.

Typical? : This is a common complaint. If it is not typical for you then in most cases the cycles return to normal in a month or two. If this is typical for you discuss trestment options for menstrual cycle control.

Not quite sure: Do you mean you should be having your period but haven't been "bleeding".  If so, and you have been sexually active pregnancy is always possible.  Consider at least checking a home pregnancy test.  By the way, your profile suggests you are a man from Mexico

hi, i have small bit of bleeding everytime a wipe after i urinate, its like  the beginning of my period but im on the pill and im not due 7 day break?

Probably not serious: It is not that unusual to occasionally see light bleeding in between periods when you are on the pill, what we call "break through bleeding."  this is particularly common if you don't take your pills regularly or if you have been on antibiotics, in which case you should use additional protection this cycle.  If there is any possibility this blood is in the urine consider a bladder infection.

hello i fell down the stairs on saturday (it's now monday). i now have an itchy and painful coccix, pain in both shoulder blades and i'm bleeding heavily from my vagina but not due on my period until the beginning of june. what is happening? thanks?

Irregular bleeding: The bleeding irregularity has likely nothing to do with the dermoid cyst. In general the possibilities are pregnancy, side effects from hormonal contraceptives, bleeding from the cervix or vagina or just an irregular menstrual cycle.

i was on depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot for 4 days and had unprotected sex, my boyfriend didnt pull out. now im on my period but im barely bleeding. am i pregnant?

Do pregnancy test?: If you are on Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shots given every three months you can not be pregnant
If not do a home pregnancy test to find out
