im 37 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. i havent had a bowel movement in a month and now im having night sweats. im also having tightening in my belly?

You need a laxative: It is not a good idea to go a month without a bowel movement, especially  when you are pregnant, which obviously takes up a lot of pelvic and abdominal space already.  You should take daily Metamucil with lots of water and use daily products such as Milk of Magnesium(at least a tablespoon) and Miralax(by the directions) if no results with MOM.  If unsuccessful, see your OB or family doc ASAP!

Ob-Gyn can evaluate: A pregnant woman in the third trimester who has a noticeable drop in baby movement should not wait to call her doctor to discuss the issue.  The doctor will decide if more monitoring and more evaluation is needed, to be sure that things are still ok.

37 weeks 5 days pregnant, lost plug today been having back pain to now where i can't sleep, baby not meeting movement criteria... labor? 6th baby

Go to hospital: Back pain that severe to the point you can't sleep can be a symptom of labor or something called an abruption (where placenta starts tearing away) and is not to be second guessed. Go to hospital now!

No: Please discuss with your OB to r/o problems and if it persists if you were my pt would induce u at 39 wks.

Braxton hicks: Most likely they are practice contractions.  I used to get them every time i stood up from a sitting position.  Baby starts to move lower and reposition for labor which puts pain on your back.  Good luck and congrats!

Reason for checking: I suppose the answer would vary depending on why it was checked. If there were certain symptoms or problems then the tests need to be analyzed in that context. Simply looking at only these numbers with no context they do not appear particularly abnormal for the 3rd trimester  of pregnancy. The doctor who ordered them will be in the best position to interpret them.

YES: Normal movements, baby hiccoughs, baby burping etc.  not to worry.

Pack a bag!: Might be the signs of your cervix preparing for delivery.   Let you doc know at the next appointment.  If any fever or change in baby activity or sudden flush of fluid call your doc immediately!

Maybe: For twins, you are due anytime. Try to time contractions: pains predicatable every 5-7 minutes lasting 1-1.5 min and regular over an hour, increasing in intensity. If this is happening, call your doctor.

i'm 37 weeks pregnant and i have severe cramping and sometimes even nausea right before i have a bowel movement. is it normal pregnancy stuff?

Probably normal: Cramping, nausea and pelvic pressure can be a sign of labor.  If you are experiencing contractions or pelvic tightening, given how far along you are, i would recommend calling your ob/gyn.
