Can be associated with infections or a viral illness. Symptoms are very similar to a bowel obstruction & needs an evaluation with a doctor for a full medical evaluation.

Usually yes,: but it depends on duration and severity of the ileus.  Other causes need to be excluded, such as diabetes or intestinal obstruction.  Consult with a GI specialist.

No limit: Assuming the wall is ordinary paint and not a mirror, then the reflected laser energy will be too minor to cause any damage.

Just color: Is it uniformly dark and symmetrical?   Then do not worry, its just the coloration of the iris.  The outside is thicker and denser.  If you have just localized darkness then you need to see an ophthalmologist.
