Accepted Answer

Depends: The INR is a measure of how thin your blood is.  When alcohol effects your INR it is causing your blood to become more thin. A low INR means that your blood is thicker. A high INR means your blood is thinner. If your INR is too low i.e. Too thick i.e. Not anticoagulated, then there are treatment options to anticoagulate including an injectable medications. You should discuss  with your doctor.

Be careful: As guarana contains caffeine and caffeine like substances like theophylline and theobromine.    In someone with heart disease and or hypertension, this could lead to significant problems. Please review with your doctor before starting a supplement like this.

See your doctor: If you are taking blood thinner and have signs of either a red rash you need to see your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you do not have a hematological problem that was induced by the blood thinner.

Med Interaction: Chlorophyll, either in liquid or tablet form, has no known interactions with lisinopril. As part of a healthy diet, it can supplement your digestive health along with fruits, vegetables, leafy greens and legumes.

Better choices: There are more effective ways to treat halitosis.  It usually comes from the mouth and can be an indication of gum disease or it may be helped by scrapping your tongue.  If you have not done so, see a dentist for an evaluation.

It is safe, but?: Do you really need all of those medicine? Concentrate to healthy living, lose weight, meditate, manage stress and see your doctor.

Combining meds: There should be no problems taking that combination.    The Chlorophyll is essentially a concentrated form of green vegetables.    The chromium if not needed by the body will be excreted.   But no interactions between the three drugs you mention

: Supplements like this are not tested by the FDA&amp; all bets are off about presence of contaminants, proper dosing,interactions with prescription medications or claims of efficacy. Despite all this, I doubt it would affect your A fib, famotidine, Benadryl or metoprolol significantly, but I'd also check with your pharmacist who may have more information about chlorophyll. It's simpler to eat veggies.

do any vitamin supplements interact with doxycycline or ceftin? i take a multi vitamin, chlorophyll, and prebiotic every night and am currently on antibiotics for pneumonia?

: Doxycycline can be prevented from being absorbed by minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium. I have seen patients not respond to doxycycline as a result of using vitamins with minerals.
