Probably : If you know the date of conception based on your ultrasound and you had sex on that day with one particular person then that person is the most likely father of the baby. If you had sex with the other person in the days around that date he may be the father. There are 5 million sperm in pre-ejaculatory fluid so whether it ejaculation occurred or not is not particularly relevant.

Too close to call: If it matters which is the conception date, a woman must always separate her possible conception dates by at least 2 weeks... which means planning ahead every time. So, this is too close to call. Life is not exact. However, children look like their parents. When the baby is born, one can look to see which guy the baby most resembles. Otherwise, one can use the modern method and do a DNA test.

: The only worthwhile answer &amp; one that will hold up in court proceedings will be a DNA based paternity test. The NIPP is a non-invasive test performed on your blood as early as 8 weeks. They find fetal DNA in your blood &amp; can test it for a variety of things including paternity. Ultrasounds and projected dates can give data, but a surprise at delivery is not worth a wrong call.
