: Plan B is not "100%" effective as a contraceptive, but will not lose what effectiveness it does have in the circumstances described.  If your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Yes: Plan B contains high concentrations of two hormones that interfere with the implantation of a fertilized egg. As long as you swallowed the pill (dissolved or not) the hormones were able to get into your system. Remember that Plan B is a backup. You should be using some other form of birth control regularly. High levels of hormones taken frequently can cause many side effects.

Yes: While plan b may not taste particularly good when dissolved in soda, it will work just fine.  The key is to make sure you swallow the entire dose so I wouldn't dissolve the pill in a cup of soda then drink the soda.  With that you risk not getting the entire dose but the way things happened to you, you should be just fine.

Plan B: The short answer to your question is yes.  As long as whatever was dissolved in your mouth enters the GI tract, the entire dose should get into your bloodstream.  If any part of a dose seems to be dissolving in the mouth, it might be a good idea to drink a glass of water afterwards to assure everything gets into your  stomach.
