There is hope: First, excessive masturbation is not causing premature ejaculation.  Think how quickly it would occur if you never had a release.  Medically speaking, a low dose of a class of drug called an ssri will help.  Escitopram 5 mg or sertraline 25 mg are both for mood and stress, are inexpensive, and should work.  Good luck.
