Try loratidine and ask your healthcare provider if it's ok to use a decongestant such as Mucinex (guaifenesin) d and nosespray such as afrin for a few days. Do not use these last 2  longterm- but they may make it less likely that you'll end up on antibiotics. Neti- pot is a good idea too.

You may inadvertently plug the tear-drainage duct with mucus, which would cause your eye to water chronically.  In addition, the high pressure you describe may damage delicate nasal tissues and lead to infection.  If your pain persists, you should see your ophthalmologist.

Nasal congestion: The nasal turbinates in the nasal passages intermittently swell up every 2 hours and your congestion may be secondary to nasal allergies. You need to visit an allergist to get tested and started on a nasal spray. Your headaches is probably from that too.

Epistaxis: When you are lying flat, more blood is sent to your nasal cavity due to gravity and hence night time nasal congestion and epistaxis are both common. If you sleep on your side, the dependent side of your nose also tends to get congested.

Blocked nose: Nasal strips can be obtained at your local pharmacy (breathe right). Also, have a checkup to get treatment for the cause of the blockage.
