Yes: Medication can help induce ovulation. But first at your age you need evaluation to confirm that you have anovulation . See your oby/gyne.

Unlikely if you have: a full period.  You also are likely protected with the oral contraceptive pill even though you took it later that day.  I would look for at least 1 entirely missed period before I worry about pregnancy.   Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

: If you're quite regular &amp; your period begins on the 7h you may  ovulate on the 20 or,21 or ,22 or the 23rd. The egg lasts 24 hours. Sperm is viable up to 5 days. Therefore unprotected sex within 5 days of those potential ovulation days could result in conception. This is just a guideline,however.

Short luteal cycle. : You need approximately 14 days from ovulation to the next period.   Have your progesnterone level checked around the week before your menses, and if low vaginal Progesterone is the medication of choice to conceive.

It will take more: Pretty sure tracking indefinitely will not make you pregnant, but i' ve been wrong before. Should consider getting married, and adding sex for a year before giving up on "tracking.".

Possibly not: One may possibly ovulate after being treated with metformin and not necessarily having a previous menstrual cycle. This  doesn't happen often though.

Like a period.: Record your temp in morning for a month or two. You will notice rise of temp at ovulation. Ask your parter to maintain abstinence 5-7 days before. Intensify sexual activity- vaginal ( not oral ) three days prior and three days after ovulation. See that no untreated chlamydia problem is existing, or any std.

Definitely: Yes, if you have unprotected sex with a fertile male you can definitely become pregnant. In fact. It's overwhelmingly the most common cause.

U could ovulate : And get preg if your poeriods are irregular but often if they are very irregular you will not be ovulating so u cannot get poreg   see your gyn for a workup and hormone blood work and a ppreg test and a pelvic ultrasound.
