Very unlikely: Two full periods after the morning after pill meant that your menstruation cycle is back in full swing, and that cannot happen with a normal (or abnormal) pregnancy.  You should be safely assured at this point.

On BCP but no period: With 2 negative tests  - doubt you are pregnant   -  first off if you are taking the pills correctly - they are very effective in preventing pregnancy.  If there is any doubt - you need a blood pregnancy test done.   If that is negative - the pills may be changing the lining of the uterus causing no menses.  Best thing is to talk with the prescriber about this

If testing too early: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

The discharge: Likely unrelated to the missed cycle, it happens sometimes due to irregular ovulation or especially if on the pill. Try Monistat for the discharge, make sure upt is negative.  It's considered secondary ammennerea after 3 months no period, may need ocp to regulate but don't panic, you'll be fine.

Not likely: If you did not have unprotected sex since your last period, you are not pregnant. If you did have sex, you may wish to repeat the test in 7-10 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

No: Taking an antibiotic should not interfere with the regularity of your cycle unless you're using birth control pills.

Give it a day: 7-day deviation from 28 (so, 21 ~ 35 days) is within normal. Calorie-restriction diets and demanding exercise regimen can also cause periods to become infrequent or nonexistent. Physical or mental stress (even happy stress) can also cause you to miss a period. Home pregnancy tests are considered reliable when used according to package directions 1 week after a missed period.
