Stomach bleeding: Ibuprofen (motrin, advil) is an nsaid, a type of anti-inflammatory pain reliever that is strong on the stomach and can cause bleeding from the stomach lining. Alcohol is itself irritating to the stomach, so alcohol combined with Ibuprofen further increases the chances of a stomach ulcer or other bleeding site in the stomach. The results can be vomiting blood or having bloody diarrhea.

No alcohol, period!: Some people are resilient and can absorb a lot  without results till late. Mental consequences are disastrous to self and family and loved ones. It is deadly inherited and younger generations suffer much more than the gen=schizophrenia, bipolar, autism, adhd, severe disabling anxiety... One Motrin + 1 beer do not harm, but constantly do. No frequent beer is any sickness = prevent meds from working.

How much alcohol?: If you are sober now, you may take ibuprofen.
At 20 years of age, it is not only illegal, but also unwise, for you to drink. Alcohol is a poison and it never did anybody any good, ever, stay away from it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

You should be OK: There is some small risk of stomach irritation(Gastritis) from both of these chemicals. So take an antacid if you have any indigestion or heart burn. The best antacid is Prilosec which is available over the counter as 20 mg tablets, take 2 tablets once daily for a few days so that your stomach is well protected
