Bumping Face: It's very common to get "bumps: -- actually acne -- from working in fast food places because many of the greases and oils get on your face while working in that atmosphere. Get some wipes and wipe you face ever hour or so to get rid of the oils and greases that are plugging up the oil glands in your skin. Or else work in a different area where there is no cooking near you.

i do lot of exercise. eat citrus food and dietry food and does not eat any fast food but still my face looks chubby . plzz help?

Chubby cheeks: may be a part of your facial structure.  You did not state whether you are slim or chubby. Seborrheic derm: Not baby acne, more likely seborrheic dermatitis (cradle cap). Use aquaphor to all affected areas and gently scrape out the crust. Probably not an allergic reaction. The good news is that they grow out of it. Attach a pic if you can :)

Your pharmacy.: Your pharmacy has several preparations that  might help but always try them first on a very small area on your face that can't be seen. otherwise check out a good skin doctor. Ask your friends who they like.
