You need an exam now: Likely have something wrong with your cervix. Young women like you often have a vulnerable transformation zone, aka ectropion, the fragile lining of the inside of your cervix exposed on the outside of your cervix. Other sources of "postcoidal bleeding" are traumatized polyp,  Nabothian cyst, cervicitis from an infection, or dysplasia. Get a speculum exam, wet mount, GC/CT &amp; Pap. No sex until then.

Common : It is normal for a small cyst to develop on the ovaries from time to time. They  common in women during their reproductive years and may be a single cyst or many cysts. Most cysts are benign and only require monitoring.  Most are cysts which develops from tissue that changes in the normal process of ovulation. They usually disappear within 6-8 weeks. The bleeding needs separate evaluation.

Bleeding: At this point unless the bleeding is heavy you do not need to go to the hospital. Pelvic rest, nothing in the vagina and make appointment to see your provider. Bleeding may be from any number of things including bleeding from your cervix from and injured blood vessel.
