Dangerous!: Sounds like you might have a retinal detachment, which could threaten your eyesight.  You need to be seen by a specialist as soon as possible.  
It could possibly be something less serious, especially if it comes and goes, but don't take any chances with your sight please.  Good luck.

Symptoms of anemia: can be confused with passing out, or almost passing out/seeing black shapes.  My experience with this condition also tells me random pains happen.  You should get yourself to a healthcare provider to get examined quickly.
