REALLY?!?: I am sorry but are you absolutely sure that you have this dose correct? Because it is virtually impossible that you are still with us! the highest sinfle dose of Klonopin (clonazepam) is  2mg. This  means that you have taken 35 pills of the highest dose. Perhaps you mean 7 mg. Half life is very long for klonopin (clonazepam). So we are talking quite a while before this much is gone. Please clarify and more importantly get.

Likely to pass: Nicotine and cotinine should be out of your system in 14 days. Niacin is not likely to help. Now that you are off tobacco. do not ever use it again.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Single use marijuana can be detected 12 to 24 hours in blood. Regular use marijuana can be detected for 2 to 7 days in blood. Marijuana regular use detected in hair for months. Single use might not be picked up in hair.

Odds are favorable : It depends on the sensitivity of the screening test.  It also depends on your overall health, condition of your liver and whether or not other drugs are competing for metabolism. In general, the shorter acting benzodiazepines are cleared from the body within a week. Barring any additional use of Xanax, (alprazolam) the chances are good that the screen will be negative. On most testing, patients have an opportunity to provide information re: prescription medications. I would definitely list this on the form, so that it is not questioned when it shows up in your urine.

: maybe, The common urine drug screen would usually be negative after a week  if the exposure was limited. Some sites test hair samples or other indicators that might retain  a trace.

Yes: If the only issue is alcohol, you should be ok.  It would be completely gone from your body after 2 weeks.  Note that some drugs, eg, marijuana, can be detected after much longer testing delays.
