NO: it won't change the shape of your back, which has a bony abnormality.  What swimming will do is keep your muscles strong so that you will have less pain from the bony abnormality.  That's important because you can then smile and let your personality make up for any anxiety about how you look.

Somewhat: Assuming an uncomplicated cataract surgery with modern techniques in a patient who is otherwise healthy enough to exercise, I do not place a restriction past the first 1-2 days. Contact sports should be avoided for the first 1-2 weeks. Swimming should be avoided for the first 2 weeks.

Unknown: Abortion clinics  are not held to the same standards as other medical/surgical facilities. The abortion procedure is often  performed in a substandard manner. You need to be examined by a residency trained OB/GYN to see if you need further care. You may need some post abortion  counseling. Both are right: The fda guidelines say 18 if you are just nearsighted and 21 if you have astigmatism.  More importantly, you should wait until your eyeglass prescription is no longer changing.

What instructions?: The standard treatment for gallstones is removing your gallbladder; i believe this should be the last resort rather than initial treatment.
