Safe but why?: You are 24 years old and should not be have ED problems at this age.  If you are, then you need to have this evaluated by your family doctor or a urologist because you are too young to need this unless you have an underlying medical problem.

Viagra is an approved &amp; effective drug for erection.
Take one tablet about 1-2 hrs before intercourse ,the 
erection will subside after you complete the act...you may be able to perform again  in several hours

Erectile dysfunction: With your history of prostate cancer and subsequent treatment, be sure to check with your urologist to see how your prostate health is currently. There are changes that can occur after treatment that could affect your ability to maintain an erection. There may be other medications or treatments that will help you in this regard.

Not everyone: Doesn't help females. Only helps males w/erectile dysfunction. Don't take if you have cardiac disease, etc. Don't take with certain other medication such as Alpha blockers (given for high blood pressure and/or prostate problems). Check w/your doctor. There are some side effects as well.

: I don't think your bleeding disorder would prohibit the use of viagra, but do you really think you truly need it for ED at your age? Have you considered being evaluated and advised at a men's sexual health clinic or by a urologist?  I recommend that you do so.

Cardiology eval: If you have had a cardiac bypass, you will need to be evaluated by your cardiologist to determine if it is safe for you to engage in sexual activity & ifyou can tolerate viagra (sildenafil).  Unfortunately psychologists don't have the skill set to evaluate this.
