Anal fissure?: While there is much more information that would be helpful and a simple examination is necessary to make the diagnosis, it sounds most likely that you have an anal fissure. See a colorectal surgeon for further evaluation and treatment, this is probably a very treatable condition.

can a bowel dysfunction intended as difficulty passing stool, anus tight, unable to pass gas and the feeling of not completely emptying the rectum, cause urinary voiding dysfunctions? i am about to get lateral internal sphinc. to try fix both issues?

Find reason: Imo one reason for females to have abdominal, pelvic & rectal pain with sex is chronic laxity of sacroiliac joints arousing presacral nerve stimulation.  Joint hypermobility syndrome and/or mechanical pelvic injury (oft multiple births) can cause joint laxity; as can hormone relaxin released during menses. Missionary position can arouse pain from pelvic torsion. Spooning might be more comfortable.

Yes absolutely: If there's any colon left, even just a rectal stump, some gas , on occasion, my pass. Also, there will occasionally be a smidgen of discharge, such as mucus, from the living large bowel. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Mucus on stool: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, ; even from secretory villous tumors of the rectum. At the very least stool studies ; probably a sigmoidoscopy should be considered, but a more extensive evaluation may be warranted.

Osteopathic hands-on exam may help find cause.Tests may be needed.Manipulation,meds, food avoidance may be needed
