i have severe chest pain in lower chest/upper abdomen. i went to er on friday / sunday. the couldn't find anything wrong. still in bad pain.

Head back to ER: It appears you were evaluated for heart problems and lung issues (pneumonia, collapsed lung, mass, etc).  There are other causes for your symptoms that are too numerous to mention, all of which require a more detailed evaluation - with possible consultation by a general surgeon.  I would encourage you to go back to the ER and request further testing, stating your symptoms have persisted .

i have a pain in my lower chest that goes through to my back. should i worry about my heart?

Have it checked: You're speaking about your abdominal area close to your chest. So, the heart is located not that far from the stomach, and if you're worried about your heart, you need to be seen by a doctor, and have a physical, in which s/he can check your heart and abdomen. This can't be done in any other way.  Plus, it will give you peace of mind that's priceless.

i have a sharp pain in my lower chest in the middle of my breast when taking a deep breath or when lifting up my arms?

Chest pain: Most of the time pain with a deep breathe or moving arms is either from the muscles of the chest wall being sore or the little muscles between the ribs being sore, or a sore area in the breast itself. If you press on the sore area gently and it hurts its more likely the breast. If its not sore until you press harder it's the chest wall. Rest, heat, might help.  If not better in several days see dr.

im having a feeling of hardness in right testicle and not in left testicle the right testicle seems to be harder tha. the left testicle and i have pain in lower back and chest and hands concerned if testicle cancer?

"Pleurisy"?: If getting over a respiratory infection, it may be pain from inflammation/irritation of the lining of the lungs--the pleura. This can cause sharp pains w/movements, cough, etc. Should resolve in 3-5 days if correct, and advil or aleve (naproxen) should help w/the pain in meantime. If any new symptoms, go to urgent care for chest xray & exam.

Many possibilities: The diagnostic possibilities include: peptic ulcer disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, esophatitis, myofascial syndrome, costochondritis, referred pain from cervical spondylitis, rotator cuff tear,  fibromyalgia; pleurisy, pericarditis, & angina are all on the list. You need a complete history and physical with some selctive testing to determine the cause.

The pain may intensify during exertion or with sudden movements involving the upper chest, such as coughing or laugh.
