hi i'm having right side pain under rib cage and lower back pain that is releaved when i have a bowl movement.i'm also have  nausea.

Start with water: Try to increase water intake and maybe also fiber intake to get a more even consistency to your stool. If having regular bowel movements results in minimization of the discomfort then this was the problem. If symptoms persist then you probably need to see your doctor in order to evaluate for other things like gallbladder problems.

Many things: The negative ct scan has eliminated many disorders such as kidney stones, pancreatitis, abscesses, or intra-abdominal bleeding. There are many other possibilities that ct scan of the abdomen will not see, such as spinal disorders, musculo-skeletal abnormalities, or shingles. You should be re-evaluated by your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

You : You may be straining your back muscles or facet joints.  I would recommend alternating with your right side and sleeping on your back.  You may also benefit from trying out a different mattress. If it does not improve or worsens i recommend discussing it with your primary care doctor.  Good luck!

Doctor should check: The more common causes of lower back pain include:  back muscle strain, back ligament sprain, fractured vertebra (spondylolysis), slipped vertebra (spondylolisthesis), herniated disc, spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, urine infection, kidney infection or stone; tumor in the spine, kidney, or elsewhere;  fibromyalgia, etc...  With such a long list of possibilities, one's doctor can examine.

In short, there are too many could be's. It is better to see a doctor, be examined and proper tests can be requested to find out what's wrong.

Renal colic?: While technically speaking we should keep our mind open to other possibilities for your symptoms, they could be consistent with a passing kidney stone.  The leukocytes could be suggestive of resultant inflammation.
